A GLOBAL OVERVIEW TO HAVE EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL

The LCPS (Laser Combined Projection System) combines the laser projection with an LCD projection using high brightness projectors.

LCPS is a patented technology available only on TESEO cutting and nesting systems. It meets all safety regulations protecting the health and, particularly, the eyes of the operators. The color projection also guarantees maximum productivity thanks to the simplicity of placement and the consequent reduction of errors and waste.

During the nesting, LCPS colour projecting system allows a clear distinction of the quality areas. The models to be cut can then be positioned so that the defects of the skin coincide in the areas that will not be visible on the finished product, with a significant saving of leather.

Once the patterns are correctly nested, with LCPS the laser tracing is no longer necessary and the entire nesting on leather is totally displayed by LCD projectors. Thus the operator can easily do the best nesting of all the pieces to cut.

Before starting to cut, you can have a global overview of the entire hide with all pieces nested, distinguished per size and per item.

Picking up the cut parts is easier and faster thanks to the rear projection. The pieces are lighted with different colors depending on the size and model, making the operation faster and error-free.
