The movable wings (WPT) can lower and rise in just 2 seconds, greatly increasing the ergonomics and production capacity of the cutting system.
The patented WPT (Winged Plane Technology) system facilitates the inspection, the positioning of the leather and the collection of the cut pieces.

Always a source of pride, the TESEO cutting head is the epitome of years of research and technological innovations. Available in different versions: with 5, 6 or 8 tools, electromechanical or pneumatic heads that can be equipped with the unique SDR system, bringing the number of available tools up to 11. Knives, pens, pinmarks, rotating and swinging dies to work without stopping even the most elaborate pieces, with a speed and accuracy unmatched in the market.

FROM THE CUT COMPONENTS TO THE SIZE, UP TO THE ERGONOMIC INCLINED SURFACES FOR LOADING AND DISCHARGE: ALL IN EOS IS DESIGNED TO EASILY WORK THE HIDE IN ALL ITS FORMS AND DIMENSIONS
The mobile portal, moving from one side of the plant to the other, allows a continuous production cycle with no downtime (nesting, cutting, collection).
The need to cut even 5 mq wide hides, or more hides at the same time, has led us to design and build appropriate size machines, even if it means going beyond the technical limitations of building materials: surfaces and conveyor that allow a fast and easy processing.
Ergonomics also has its importance, both in terms of safety and productivity: inclined and movable areas are designed precisely to allow easy positioning of the hide and the possibility to inspect it in all its parts.
