Observing and carefully studying the work of the hundreds of craftsmen in this area, TESEO gave birth to the first cutting equipment: the first of this kind in the world. Since then many things have changed: technology evolves at impressive rate and so we do. Developing and studying new solutions has always been the reason for us to exist. Since 1987 only one thing remained unchanged: our will to create tools and to find solutions to increase production efficiency and flexible tools, suitable for different Companies and industries, based on the needs of a market that always requires more specific solutions.

We built all this in a modern and efficient environment that could spread the same mixture of elements so indispensable to us to always be on top of our sector. Software Development
Our strong point is the passion for innovation and from the very beginning we have been in the forefront of software development.
The development team is made of young and talented analysts, engineers and mathematicians who join Italian creativity to direct knowledge of the field of application, using the best debugging tools; they are also always in direct contact with the customers. This method of work, along with the supervision of our founder, allows our talents to create original software, simple and efficient which is undoubtedly the best in the industry.
Since 1987, we have registered over 20 patents.
In 1987 we created the first CAD to design shoes on PC, in 1991 the first CAD with integrated PDM functions, in 1993 the first parametric CAD of this industry, in 1998 the first automatic nesting software for leather. Since then, TESEO software has always evolved and improved and it has been adopted by leading companies in the footwear, leather goods, furniture and automotive industries.
The efficiency and reliability of our equipment is the result of this mix of electronics between market standards and specific optimized solutions.
Mechanical design
The department of mechanical design translates ideas into real components and improves what the electronics and the software have to manage. Using the latest generation of 3D CAD/CAM software, TESEO technicians, besides designing, can also simulate the working of the components or of entirely new ideas. The expertise and experience of the designers, along with our creativity allows us to invent continuously new solutions.
Electronics department
The electronics that drives and controls our machines consist of products of top global brands likes: Siemens, Omron, Panasonic, Festo, ABB, Canon, SMC, Texas Instruments, etc., and original TESEO devices specifically designed for our solutions. These devices are designed, developed and manufactured internally at TESEO laboratories using the latest design technologies and components (DSP, ARM, CAN-Bus, etc.) and managed by TESEO original firmware.
These innovations are continuously refined and tested, also thanks to the know-how of our suppliers, and then distributed to the market; the results are found in our equipments which work with efficient functioning, ergonomic design and high reliability.
Assembling cutting equipments
Building precision equipments requires precision tools
Precision mechanics and continuous testing during the assembling. Every production phase is under our own checking: from the material choosing to the designing, from the motion engineering to the perfect integration with the electronics. Our designers have a constant feedback on the quality of any component designed and a constant development is granted.

We are constantly at our customers’ side in more than 67 countries with 10 different languages.
The high reliability and the simplicity of utilization highly reduce the need of technical interventions.
Our customers have always at their disposal an expert online through the NESSO service (direct remote support service) and through a secure and encrypted connection compatible with proxy server and firewall. Our expert can operate directly on the equipment as if he was on the customer’s plant, even at thousands of miles of distance.
The availability of NESSO at our branches all over the world allows us to grant the service 24 hours a day, avoiding any production stop. Through our branches all over the world, NESSO grants a REMOTE technical support in real time, 24 hours a day. A solution to any problem or just a fast reply to a possible doubt.
TESEO Courtesy Service put at disposal of the customers cutting heads, projectors and replacing components to avoid any production stop during the maintenance procedures or in case of sudden break-downs.
