THE POWER IS IN THE AIR
The suction surface is divided into 50 independent and dynamic sectors. Dynamic means they are controlled by the software which recognizes the shape of the material and the cutting head position. The system, automatically opens sectors underneath the area where the material is placed. This is a patented Teseo technology which concentrates the suction only on areas where it is really needed, providing more effectiveness and speed.
The vacuum is concentrated only in the cutting zone and allows maximum performances without the use of plastic or paper film to keep the material in place. The possibility to cut at 0 biffer on the edges and between the parts, gives an extra considerable saving of leather.
It's smart because it activates only the necessary sectors and requires a low consumption vacuum pump that grants, saving up to 40% compared to all the other solutions available on the market.

The vacuum system follows the hide also during the movement of the carpet without ever releasing the grip. The suction is active also at the edges of the carpet.
DURING THE CUTTING PHASE
The vacuum system is dynamic because it is able to follow the motion of the cutting heads, increasing the suction power of those sectors where cutting is done.
